Our Promise
We stand behind every product we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we want to make it right.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or refund.
What Qualifies for a Return
- Unopened, unused products in original packaging
- Products that arrived damaged or defective
- Wrong items received
What Does Not Qualify
- Products that have been opened and partially used (unless defective)
- Items returned after 30 days
- Merchandise (hats, apparel)
- Free samples or promotional items
How to Start a Return
- Email us at info@crosscountrywellness.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- We will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions and a return shipping address.
- Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund.

Refund Process
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
- You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed.
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrived damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include a photo of the damage and your order number. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund -- your choice. We cover return shipping costs for damaged or defective items.
Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel your Subscribe & Save subscription at any time -- no questions asked.
- To cancel: Log into your account and manage your subscription, or email us at info@crosscountrywellness.com.
- Cancellations take effect before your next scheduled order.
- Any orders already shipped before cancellation are subject to the standard return policy above.
- There are no cancellation fees.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, return your original order for a refund and place a new order.
