Processing Time
We process orders within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking information once your order ships.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Actual delivery depends on your location and carrier conditions.
Where We Ship
We ship to all 50 US states. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also check your order status by logging into your account on our website.
If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, contact us at info@crosscountrywellness.com.
Subscription Orders
Subscribe & Save orders ship automatically on your selected schedule. You will receive a shipping notification each time your subscription order ships. You can update your delivery address or shipping preferences through your account or by contacting us.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date:

We will work with the carrier to locate your package or send a replacement at no extra cost to you.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your address after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible -- we can only make changes before the order ships.
